A: I offer Counselling, a type of talk therapy. My approach is humanistic and non-directive. The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) website has lots of information if you would like to learn more about counselling and psychotherapy.

A: An introductory call allows us to explore working together. We can then agree on a suitable session time, and I will provide further booking information and answer any questions you may have.
A: The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk in more detail about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely. What we talk about will vary depending on what you want help with.
A: Sessions typically last 50 minutes. Sessions generally take place once a week at a time/day we agree on together. Although this can be discussed and adjusted to suit your needs.
A: The length of your therapy will be tailored to your individual needs. We shall discuss this at the beginning of your therapy journey and review during the process.
A: Yes, I offer both in-person sessions in Banbury, Oxfordshire and online sessions via a secure video platform, depending on your preference.
